Az oldalon megtévesztő hamis kedvezmények, rossz érték az árért. Nyíltan lehúzza a vásárlót. Sosem fogok újra velük foglalni. Néhány héttel ezelőtt foglaltam velük. A spam-osztályuk néhány héttel később e-mailt küldött nekem, amely ugyanazt a szállodát, ugyanazt a szobát, ugyanazokat a dátumokat, ugyanazokat a beleértve/kizárva, ugyanazt a visszatérítési státuszt reklámozta jelentős kedvezménnyel, több mint 100 dollárral kevesebbért! Amikor megkérdeztem tőlük, hogy árazzák át a legfrissebb ajánlatot a hamis "Legjobb ár garancia" politikájuk alapján, azt mondták, hogy valami homályos apróbetűs rész miatt nem jogosultam. Ez csak szamárság, mivel az összes fontos mutató (mint ahogy fentebb említettem) azonos volt, és teljesen az ő ellenőrzésük alatt állt a kedvezmény nyújtása, mivel ők állították be az árakat és a kedvezményeket. Csak egy másik világos bizonyíték a vállalati kapzsiságra. Ha ez az, ami lennie kell, ne küldjön értesítéseket ügyfeleinek arról, hogy a kiszemelt ingatlan ára jelentősen csökkent! A legnagyobb pofon az arcra! Tényleg azt hittétek, hogy ez jól fog sikerülni?!

DO NOT USE AGODA.

I will never use Agoda againI booked with this company and the hotel room I was in did not have cold AC. The hotel had no other rooms and gave us a box fan. They apologized and gave us credit for one of our two days. For two months they went back and forth with me in over three dozen emails, numerous phone calls that were never answered and I had the hotel manager send them an email and copy me after three weeks of lying stating that they called the hotel and left messages. They finally wanted to give me credit to book again. Ripped off of my days stay and for not even half of what it cost me. I will never use them again and make I tell as many people as possible.

Agoda is the best travel platform I ever used. I booked with booking.com had worst experience they took payments without prior information and after check out that property hikka trans by cinnamon they didn't provide a receipt worst thing was unhygienic food as a doctor I'm so concern about hygiene. I had a good poisioning after the breakfast. So I never recommended any local or foreign client to use booking.com or hikka tranz. I'm dual passport holder British original passport and my husband has SL identity. I booked many hotels through agoda thaal, RIU jetwing lighthouse and etc. agoda is the best ever platform to fulfill your travel dreams.

Deceptive pricing tactics and questionable booking practices marred my experience with this company. The reservation system seemingly exploited my attempt to add a new credit card by prematurely confirming a nonrefundable booking. Upon contacting the hotel, I discovered they were paid with a dubious "virtual" card by the company, while my actual card had been charged. This unsettling revelation, combined with a 50% markup on IHG room rates, raises serious concerns. With numerous complaints against them, both Ogodo and IHG should address these issues to maintain trust with customers.

Used Travelodge for work for 3+ years, but won't continue. Struggling to voice concerns—no complaint form, and the website is a maze. Bookings team refuses assistance beyond reservations. Phone calls mysteriously cut off. Rectifying mistakes is a hassle, met with disinterest. Hotels' staff is pleasant, but customer service lacks empathy. They seem more interested in pocketing money than helping patrons. Suggestion: provide a visible email address for complaints, and prioritize customer support over profits.

HORRIBLE - I booked a room at a pricey hotel

HORRIBLE - I booked a room at a pricey hotel with a pool 4 months before the wedding. A week before, AGODA claimed the hotel canceled my reservation. I reached out to the hotel, and they never even had a booking from AGODA!! I had to pay for a worse place, and since I had another booking for the next night, I couldn’t be sure it would be free. STAY AWAY from this scam company. Report to Which, and Trading standards. (Note: They run from Singapore to dodge UK laws.)

I had the worst experience with this company.

I had the worst experience with this company. They confirmed my reservation multiple times, but when I got to the hotel, they said they had no record of it. Their chat only responds to dumb questions, and when I emailed them, six different people confirmed my booking within an hour. I ended up booking my hotel myself and paying much more. I asked for a refund, but it took weeks and they stopped replying. Never using them again.

I made a reservation through Agoda without realizing it's an Asian company. I strongly recommend opting for a European company for a more robust legal approach and professional issue resolution. Agoda provided inaccurate information about the hotel and charged exorbitant prices. I won't be using this app again, as I prefer a more reliable and transparent service for my bookings.

My business trip involved booking two hotels

My business trip involved booking two hotels through Agoda app. The first hotel had check-in issues; finding their customer service number took a while. It took about 4 hours to resolve. The second hotel gave me a tiny room without air conditioning (it was broke). They wouldn't switch rooms, so I left. Agoda won't refund me, even with pics and videos.

A Deres Cash back egy csalás és nem kapod meg a pénzed, több mint 8 hotelt foglaltam márciusban és áprilisban és a cash back-nek 800 DKK-nak kell lennie. Hirtelen 500 DKK-t eltávolítottak, így csak 230 DKK van. Korábban kért egy összeget 2023-ból, soha nem érkeztek meg, használja a Booking és hotels. Com ott működnek dolgok.

This company is absolutely useless.

This company is absolutely useless. I faced a problem with my stay, and they haven't done anything except send me the same email every day and ignore me. The accommodation listed on their website is completely misrepresented. It's pointless to book through them if they won't resolve any issues. It's better to book directly.

The booking was okay, but they're known for showing misleading pictures of the property. The room I got looked rundown and smelled bad. The location wasn't close to the beach as advertised. When you call, it's hard to understand the staff. Customer service is like using old Windows 98.

Imagine you arrive at the hotel late at night, and they won't give you a room because AGODA never paid them… As for services, it's a joke.
