But within just 10 minutes of sending an email, Autumn called us back. Her exceptional warmth and thorough answers not only calmed our nerves but completely transformed our outlook. Now, we're eagerly anticipating our stay in July, thanks to her outstanding service!

I booked a cabin stay at Sunny Acres in Moab UT for mid July 2024 half a year in advance in November 2023. I had this excursion planned to see the Arches and surrounding scenes for a few days soon after a National event in Vegas. Sadly as we got closer to my event date, they changed the dates to directly conflict with my stay at Sunny Acres. My whole trip was turned upside down because of flights, rental car, hotels and park visits. Looking to have to cancel this portion of the trip I was finally able to connect with Autumn at the Whimstay Advocacy Team and within minutes of my email to rebook to an earlier date by a few days or cancel all together, she immediately put me at ease and gave me a couple of options. I could get a refund and book at another property or date minus a small fee. Or I could receive a credit and rebook this stay at Sunny Acres. I chose the credit and rebooked for an earlier stay before my National event. This flexibility allowed me to rebook my car, my hotel and flight to enable me to visit Sunny Acres in July and attend my event right after. I have never been to The Arches and that part of Utah and so I am very excited to come out there and experience all it has to offer. The smoothness and attention Autumn and her team showed me was first class and I am thrilled to be able to continue with this trip. Thank you Autumn and Whimstay. Such understanding and customer service makes me confident in booking with them again in the future. So my advice is if there is ever a booking issue on Whimstay try to reach out to this Advocacy Team as they are there to help solve your needs. Now I just hope my trip and event have no further issues :)

Booking with Whimstay was easy and smooth, though getting in touch with them took some time. Once I managed to reach them, they were really helpful! I suggest paying a bit more for the insurance, since you never know what might happen. I would gladly book with them again. We visited Seattle, just 3 blocks from Green Lake. The house is an older, lovely home with lots of windows, situated in a quiet neighborhood. The yard is beautiful and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the calm, or a nice BBQ. Bedrooms are on every floor, so a bigger family would fit well. There are two bathrooms, one of which has an amazing Jacuzzi tub (on ground floor) and a big walk-in shower in the basement! The bedrooms in the basement and upstairs have workspace, and there's an extra playroom upstairs too. Games and books are scattered throughout the house for everyone to enjoy. There is a HUGE TV with surround sound for movie night, plus workout equipment and gear for use on the lake, along with a washer and dryer in the very roomy basement. The kitchen is more than well equipped and features a large stove for your cooking pleasure. This home is very welcoming to everyone, including kids and pets, and we would stay here again, in a heartbeart! Oh! The bus stop is just around the corner, which will take you into downtown Seattle if you want to skip the really costly parking there.

Trip insurance didn't cover our situation, resulting in potential loss of $592. However, Chris's intervention led to a prompt refund. The cabins appeared enticing, and I appreciate Whimstay's efficient resolution. Despite the initial hiccup, I'm inclined to give them another chance in the future. Grateful for the quick resolution, Whimstay has earned a second opportunity in my book.

It was a tranquil and serene environment. I noticed a noise from the upstairs bathroom and reached out to management. They answered promptly and sent maintenance as needed. I discovered it was an issue inside the toilet and managed to fix it myself, and got a real person on the phone when I called back—great! A wonderful spot for families or solo guests.

She replied fast and tried to help with all the questions I had before I even made the booking. There ended up being a problem with the host so the booking didn’t go all the way through. They gave back all my money and were realy nice and said sorry even tho the issue wasn’t becuase of them.
