Our trip was a wonderful experience. We had a great Tour Director, Viktoria, and the bus driver, Otto, did a fantastic job. They both went out of their way to make the tour enjoyable for everyone. The optional excursions were well planned and added to our time in each city. The classical music experience in Vienna was particularly special, set in a lovely venue. We also had a great time on the Danube River cruise. The hotels were mostly good, but the rooms were very small, especially with two people and luggage. Most of the rooms were also too warm, and adjusting the thermostats didn’t seem to help. Opening the windows occasionally was a solution, but it also brought in noise. The included breakfasts were good, with a variety of options for everyone. We really liked how well the tour was organized and the smooth service throughout. I would consider booking another tour with Cosmos.

Great experience! Our tour coordinator "VITOR" did a fantastic job. He always knew exactly what the group needed and offered great suggestions we hadn’t thought of. Momo "Mohammad," our driver, was also really skilled and helpful.

The itinerary was great - I loved visiting the different cities, and our guide George was very helpful. Matteo, our driver, was also really good. The excursions were a lot of fun, especially the dinner in Paris on the final evening. However, I was not too impressed with the quality of some of the hotels. The best stays were in London at the Novotel and in Frankfurt at the NH hotel. Both of these hotels were really nice - friendly staff, good food, and comfortable rooms with both a bathtub and a shower. The other hotels, though, were not as good - the staff wasn't always welcoming, particularly in Brussels and Dijon. The place in Venice, Poppi's, had a nice team, but the rooms were incredibly hot, and they didn’t seem to do anything about it. I felt like the heat made me unwell. I also prefer hotels with both a tub and shower and at least a coffee maker or kettle in the room. Because of these issues, I gave the tour 4 stars instead of 5, but overall, it was still a fun trip. I really appreciated George and Matteo’s efforts.

The tour provided a nice chance

The tour provided a nice chance to explore areas of Spain, Portugal, and even Morocco that were new to me. We traveled across a lot of different places and had plenty of interesting experiences, all thanks to our guide who knew what they were doing. The hotels were chosen well for comfort and convenience. The local guides in each city shared great insights, which made the trip even better. The optional activities were a fun addition, especially the cooking class where we got to try making paella ourselves!

Our Tour Director, Aziz, was great - he really enhanced the journey! Informative, well-organized, fun, and friendly! He took care of everyone, all the time.
