Stayed at Good Day Sunshine house and wow, it was amazing! My family and I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. The place is enormous, and the pool and outdoor area were just perfect. Plus, it’s only a few steps from a gorgeous private beach. Carrie, our house manager, was super helpful, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. She was so friendly and really made us feel at home. We had a terrible experience with another company, but Katherine from Beach Reunion saved the day and got us into this fantastic house. We’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend both the house and Beach Reunion!

Stayed at the Adonis for three nights, and wow, what a place. The property is just beautiful. Tons of restrooms meant our group had no issues getting ready each day. The number of bedrooms was great, and the location couldn’t be better. And the refrigerator space? Unreal. Only thing is, I wish they had mentioned that beach chairs were available. Coolers would’ve been awesome too for beach trips. But overall, this place is amazing and totally worth it. Definitely planning to stay here again.

Just got back from our family reunion at Soak up the Sun, and wow, what an experience! The house had absolutely everything we needed and then some. Everyone had their own space, and there were loads of activities to keep us busy. The rooftop was a standout—amazing views and the perfect spot for everyone to hang out. Carrie was such a gem, fixing any little hiccup we had the same day. Honestly, it was a blast, and I can’t wait to rent from them again!

We just got back from Barton Vista Del Mar and it was something else. Reached there a bit ahead of schedule but Beach Reunion let us in early, which was a nice touch. The house? Super nice. And the rooftop deck? Totally awesome, perfect for sunsets. Had a couple of small issues and Beach Reunion got them sorted out quick, no hassle. All in all, great stay. Definitely thinking about booking it again next year.

Staying at Good Day Sunshine was just awesome. Carrie, the host, was so easy to reach and chat with. The house itself was spotless, and the pool? Super clean and refreshing. We stayed at the "Soak up the sun" house for our family vacation and it was amazing. The house was spacious, with great views from the windows, and a fantastic outdoor area. Ms. Carrie, the house manager, was great at keeping in touch and answering all our questions. With 24 people, we had a blast and would give it 48 thumbs up!

This was our 11th year in a row renting from Beach Reunion. Jim and his team are easy to work with. We have stayed in two different homes and have been very pleased with them. We are so satisfied that we have already reserved the house for 2025.

Fun day out at Good Day Sunshine. Carrie from Beach Reunion is great. Text her for anything, she replies fast. Road floods when it rains, stays flooded. Tough for kids and wagons. City needs to fix this.
