There were 8 of us ladies, we had a great time. The house was beautiful and big enough for us all to have our own beds. Love'd the 2 kitchens.

The house was advertised correctly. It lacked a TV remote, but the local contact fixed it promptly. No currents on the ocean side were good for the view, but the living room kitchen area got very hot in the afternoon. We stayed in late March; I'd dread to imagine how warm it gets when the sun is hotter.

Evolve's commitment to various revenue streams, particularly market analysis, fell short of expectations. The market analysis provided was notably inaccurate. Despite my successful three-year stint managing my own Airbnb, transitioning to Evolve led to a significant drop in bookings. Their response to guests violating house rules was lacking. Unfortunately, my experience with Evolve resulted in financial losses, and I would caution against choosing them for property management.

My experience with Evolve was incredibly disappointing. During my Christmas stay in a rented property, I encountered a bedbug infestation. Despite the severity of the issue, the compensation offered was a mere $136 for a $2000 stay. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and threatened to involve my credit card company, they retracted even that meager compensation. This lack of accountability and poor customer service ensures I won't be choosing Evolve for any future bookings.

My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. Dealing with property damage claims has been a nightmare. Communication is severely lacking, as they consistently claim not to have received photos and fail to notify you about missing documentation. It appears they play a waiting game, hoping you won't reach out so they can later accuse you of delays. This is particularly evident when dealing with the representative Sam. Resolving the issue seems to be the last thing on their agenda, leaving customers feeling neglected and dissatisfied.

We have stayed in Evolve

We have stayed in Evolve properties in both Minneapolis and Phoenix, and the experience was great on both occasions. If we had any questions, they got back to us right away. During our stay in Phoenix last month, I had actually booked the wrong dates, but Evolve was very helpful and changed the reservation with no issues or charges. They are great to work with.

My reservation during peak season was abruptly canceled by the homeowner after full payment, citing a dubious excuse. It strongly implies a preference for a more profitable offer. If I had canceled, I would have incurred substantial losses. I believe Evolve should impose similar penalties on homeowners and provide customers with subsidies for comparable properties. The cancellation has devastated my family, affecting our long-anticipated trip. This experience highlights the need for more stringent policies to protect guests and fair consequences for homeowners, ensuring a more equitable and reliable booking process through platforms like Evolve.
