This house and trip gave my family and me a lot of great memories. The vacation was really enjoyable. The photos of the house don't show how beautiful it really is. The house had everything we needed. We cooked every day, and it had all the tools for any size meal. Carrie, our host, was fantastic. She was always quick to respond to us and came by a few times to check that we had everything we needed. It was our first visit, and it won't be the last. The service from Beach Reunion was very good. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and smooth experience.

We stayed at the "Soak up the sun"

We stayed at the "Soak up the sun" house for our family vacation and it was amazing. The house was spacious, with great views from the windows, and a fantastic outdoor area. Ms. Carrie, the house manager, was great at keeping in touch and answering all our questions. With 24 people, we had a blast and would give it 48 thumbs up!

This was our 11th year in a row renting from Beach Reunion. Jim and his team are easy to work with. We have stayed in two different homes and have been very pleased with them. We are so satisfied that we have already reserved the house for 2025.

Fun day out at Good Day Sunshine.

Fun day out at Good Day Sunshine. Carrie from Beach Reunion is great. Text her for anything, she replies fast. Road floods when it rains, stays flooded. Tough for kids and wagons. City needs to fix this.

We'll definitely return to Destin!

We've been visiting Florida for over 20 years, and this year Beach Reunion was a standout. Their communication was top-notch, always ready to address our concerns. We had a large group - 10 adults and 10 grandchildren - and the house was perfect. Spacious, clean, and a well-stocked kitchen made our stay comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, close to the beach and shopping. We loved using the golf cart to explore and take the kids for rides. Despite usually heading further south for warmer weather, this week was ideal, with only one rainy day that we used for shopping. The pool was warm, and the area felt safe and quiet, great for walks. Though our original booking fell through due to renovations, Beach Reunion provided a fantastic alternative that met all our needs. They even added extra seating by the pool. A couple more cleaning tools would be handy, but we'll definitely return to Destin!

We had an unforgettable girls'

We had an unforgettable girls' weekend at Born to Sun. The kitchen was super spacious, fitting all our snacks and drinks, plus there’s an ice machine on the back porch, which was a nice touch. We spent hours splashing in the pool and soaking in the hot tub. The house is perfect for big groups, easily fitting over 20 people. The beds were comfy and private, making it easy to unwind. It's a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunrises and sunsets. Loved the nearby beach bars and coffee shop too! The golf carts added a fun twist for getting around. Just a heads-up: it would be great to have outlets near the top bunks for charging devices. We also had a bit of trouble with the elevator and pool temperature. Carpool if you can; the driveway fits about 8 cars. Overall, highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend!

Back in 2020, my husband and I rented the Aegean house for a week-long wedding celebration with our families. We had about 25 people and some pretty specific requirements. We checked out several houses, but none clicked. Jokingly, I pointed at the Aegean house across the street, saying "I want THAT one." It was huge, way bigger than the others in our budget. When we finally got to tour it, the place was everything we dreamed of and more. Tons of space, lots of rooms and beds, plus a massive pool and deck. It was just a short walk to the beach, too. The icing on the cake was the Slushy Machine from the Firefighters Margarita rental—we still talk about it! Even now, friends ask me about the Aegean house for their own trips. The team was fantastic, and our stay was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Born to Sun

Stayed at Born to Sun with Beach Reunion, and the house was gorgeous! The kitchen is huge and has everything you need for cooking. Plus, there's a grill outside by the pool area. We loved the pool, especially since we had our almost 3-year-old with us. He enjoyed the shallow section where he could walk and play. There’s also a hot tub and a cool high-top seating area right in the pool! We rented two bicycles through Beach Reunion, and they were always in use. Highly recommend getting a golf cart too! The beach is just a 5-minute walk, but the golf cart makes it fun to explore the area, visit restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Been with Beach Reunion since my teenage years, and now it's a family tradition. If you're looking to rent in the area, Beach Reunion is the best!

We had an absolute blast at the Adonis for our girls' work getaway. Imagine 15 women getting ready with no hassle—plenty of beds and baths for everyone! We spent loads of time in the kitchen and family room, and there was ample seating inside and out. Loved the full-length mirrors everywhere, which is rare in many places. The house was spotless and the fresh bedding was a nice touch. The fridge space was insane—two big ones in the kitchen, another in the game room, plus mini and wine fridges all over. Cleanup was a breeze with two dishwashers. The pool was lit and heated at night, giving it an amazing vibe. A short walk to the beach and stocked with beach chairs. The golf cart was a blast for cruising and coffee runs. Adonis is a win for any beach trip!

This house was just the right fit for our large family gathering. We had 20 adults across three generations, plus a bunch of little ones, and even a baby. The best part? Almost every room had its own bathroom, so everyone had their own space. There was one bunk room with a bathroom nearby, but it worked out fine. The kitchen and living areas were huge, so no one felt crowded, which was great for our big group. Carrie reached out a few days before to cover everything we needed to know and was super helpful throughout our stay. The trip was fantastic! Just a heads up, we rented extra beach chairs and a cart, but the cart wasn’t very useful because of the stairs leading to the beach. Thankfully, chairs and umbrellas were set up daily without any hassle.

Just a heads up, they provide only a little starter pack of essentials like paper towels and dish soap, so bring more if you can. We loved it so much, we're already planning our return trip!

The house itself was clean and had all the necessary amenities for our large group. Communication with the hosts was superb, which made everything smooth. A big plus for us was the number of king beds with private bathrooms; these were a real treat, unlike other places with just bunk rooms. The walk to Surf Hut was lovely, and the beach was stunning. Had an amazing time during our bachelorette weekend at "Born to Sun". This place is super close to the beach and managed by Beach Reunion. The house itself is stunning, really spacious, and fully stocked. Plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen was perfect with two fridges and two dishwashers for all 27 of us. The beach is just a short walk away, and we had private access! Watching the sunset and sunrise was magical. We also loved hanging out in the pool and hot tub, which was heated, making it perfect for the season. So many laughs and memorable moments there. Definitely recommend this place and Beach Reunion. If you want a dream getaway, rent "Born to Sun." You won't regret it!

From the moment we arrived, I felt the magic in the air. Our family reunion was set in this amazing place, with half of us staying at the stunning Adonis property and the rest just a stroll away. With 11 bedrooms, including two bunkrooms that fit a bunch of our younger family members, it was just right. My elderly parents stayed on the main floor, which was perfect for them. We had plenty of fridge space – one for food, one for drinks, and small ones for seltzers and soda. The location was ideal, close to Destin's beaches. We ordered pizza for the first night, which made dinner easy. The vibe was unforgettable, with family laughter and ocean breezes making it a week to remember.

Just came back from a family reunion at Barton Vista Del Mar in Miramar Beach, and it was fantastic. The house was spot on for our big group of 25, including 9 kids. The layout let everyone spread out comfortably - adults had fun with karaoke and game nights downstairs, while the kids had their own space on the third floor. The beach was just a short walk away, super easy to go back and forth. The pool area was great too, plenty of room for all of us to hang out. We also rented a golf cart, making it fun and easy to explore the area. Had a memorable beach bonfire one night, which was a hit. The management team was super helpful and responsive. Can't wait for our next trip!

We rented Barton Vista Del

We rented Barton Vista Del Mar for a big family get-together and it was amazing! So much space for all 25 of us, and everyone had their own bed. The house was decorated really nicely and felt super cozy. The private beach was just a short walk away, and the golf cart made it easy to check out all the cool spots in Miramar Beach. I visited Destin too, but honestly, Miramar Beach was way better—quiet and beautiful with lots of local charm. We went during the off-season, which I totally recommend. The hosting company had awesome add-ons like a frozen drink machine and a beach bonfire, making our stay even more special. Can't wait to go back for our next family reunion!

Staying at the Good Day

Staying at the Good Day Sunshine house for our wedding was absolutely amazing! It comfortably fit our whole wedding party and their families, which was a big relief. We had been planning for a year, and the team at the office was super kind and helpful from the start. We decided to rent the frozen margarita machine, and Jimmy was awesome. The machine became the highlight of our stay. And then there's Ms. Carrie - she was hands down the sweetest person ever! She answered all my questions and was so great at communicating. We're already looking forward to coming back and making more memories. Huge thanks to Beach Reunion for making our wedding week unforgettable! ❤️

Wow, staying at Majestic Sands was such a treat! This place is seriously loaded with everything you need and then some. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a game-changer for our group, which ranged from a 5-year-old to an 88-year-old. The kitchen was a dream, perfect for cooking up big family meals. TVs in every room, plus the loft and patio, kept everyone entertained. The pool was a favorite hangout spot, and the office space was handy for catching up on work. The studio above the garage was a cool extra. Just a quick golf cart ride to the beach made it even better. The property managers were super helpful. This place is a must-visit for a family getaway!

Last evening we took in

Last evening we took in an amazing sunset from "C" deck at Crystal Waves, followed by gazing at Mars, stars, and even a few satellites. That deck offers such a fantastic view to the west! Our family had a memorable get-together, largely thanks to the wonderful accommodations. The pool was a hit, and the golf cart made getting to the beautiful white sandy beaches super easy. Destin's charm really shone through. Beach Reunion staff were great, helping us with the key code and even bringing bikes over. Although our group was small this time, we’re already set to come back in June. Also, it's convenient to restaurants via cart and the Outlet Mall by car.

Staying at Good Day Sunshine was a blast! Our family of 27 gathered here, and it was perfect for our get-together. The pool and hot tub were total hits, and the beach was just a short walk away. Wonderful time

We had the most wonderful time at the Aegean with Beach Reunion, where we celebrated our wedding and family-moon. It was just perfect for our big, blended family. There was loads of space for everyone, and we loved the pool and grill area—it even had a fireplace, TV, and mini fridge! Grandpa got his own comfy queen suite on the ground floor, and the new parents had a spacious room for themselves and their baby. We had in-house wedding planners and chefs who organized a pre-wedding brunch at the house, the wedding on the beach, and the reception back at the Aegean. It was truly a beautiful setting, thanks to Beth and the whole Beach Reunion team!

My friends and I recently stayed at Good Day Sunshine for a milestone birthday, and wow, it was amazing! The place has 10 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, plus extra ones on the main floor and by the pool. The living area is really spacious and stunning. One night, we had a chef come over and the center island was just right for a cooking lesson and enjoying our meal. The pool and hot tub were super relaxing, and the beach is just a short 3-minute walk away. Carrie was super responsive, answering all our emails and texts almost instantly. She’s incredible. I definitely recommend this house for big groups looking to have a great time.

This place was something else

Wow, this place was something else! The house was absolutely stunning, and you couldn't ask for a better spot for soaking up the sun. Tons of space for everyone to spread out and have their own little nook. The rooftop area was a total gem—watching the sunrise and sunset from up there was magical. And the pond out back? Full of wildlife, we even had turtles popping by daily. Everything we needed for the week was right there, which made life super easy. We hit a little snag with the gated entrance, but customer service sorted it out in no time. Already telling all our friends and family about it, and can't wait to plan our next trip!

Stayed at the “Happy Go Lucky” house in Destin with a group of thirteen last March, and it was amazing! The place was spotless, and the folks at Beach Reunion were super responsive and friendly. The heated pool was the highlight – even in 70-degree weather, it was worth every cent to have it warm. It was in use all day, every day. The house fit our needs perfectly: roomy driveway, safe street, huge porches, and plenty of seating. We did buy a few extras like a Keurig and some kitchen supplies, but the house was well-equipped for large groups. Our family loved it so much, we’re already planning a return trip. Highly recommend it!
