Top Villas for the win! Used

Top Villas for the win! Used their properties three times now, and every time has been absolutely flawless. Tried another big-name company, and oh boy, what a letdown – Top Villas is where it's at. Shoutout to Becky – she's been a superstar, arranging everything we needed and firing back answers to our questions lightning-fast. Seriously, can't recommend them enough. Big thanks!

We rented a house for 33 people.

We rented a house for 33 people. It would've been impossible without Top Villas and our great agent. Jess was very patient and helpful. She gave us many choices and answered our many questions. Everything was handled well. Other reps were also nice and helpful. This is our second time renting from Too Villa and it's been good both times.

Absolutely loved our stay

Absolutely loved our stay at this place over Halloween! The property is fantastic, and the location is a dream – super close to the main theme parks. The house itself is spacious, well-appointed, and the kids were over the moon about the pool and cinema room. Already counting down the days until our next stay here!

The website is set up well and gives a lot of information about the villas and the ChampionsGate community, which is nice. Seeing photos of the homes is good too. Booking was simple. Jess was helpful and gave good customer service. My family and I are looking forward to our stay next year. :)

It's nice to easily talk to someone directly. Questions got answered quickly and professionally, making booking easy. Staff knew a lot and were very helpful. Good communication after booking too. This is our second time with Top Villas and we'd recommend them for villa holidays.

Booking was very simple! If you need help with split payments or anything, an agent will help you quickly. I got my check-in code 5 days before arriving. Booking with this company was easy.

What a wonderf'ul experience!

What a wonderf'ul experience! Would do it over and over again. Enjoyed every bit of my stay and the community of Championsgate. About 20 mins from Disney and about 40 mins from Universal, mostly because of trafic. Lots of other fun things to do around the community, so never a dull moment. Booked my vacation a year ahead and the website was simple to navigate and research any questions I may have had. Will defintely be using Top Villas again in the future!

The website was good and simple to use, but it could be improved for people to see the floor plan more easily. I wanted to understand how the beds in the theme bedrooms were arranged, but it's tricky from the photos alone. Adding a virtual tour would be really helpful.

I stayed at villa 353 in July. The place was clean and well-equipped, but many of the games and tables were incomplete, making them unusable. The outdoor projector was missing, though the screen was there, so we couldn’t use it. I called customer service to get help, but they didn’t follow up on their “24 hour” promise. On the 3rd day, someone came, but not at the requested time, so we missed them. Customer service could be better! Despite this, the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay. I’d prefer booking directly with the owners or via Airbnb. The water park is fun for kids, but it closes whenever it rains. Be aware that there are neighbors next to the vacation house, so you can't be too noisy with a large group!

The experience wasn't very good. In just one day, two people canceled on me. When I tried to switch to a smaller house by moving my deposit, they said I'd lose it.

That's outrageous! Booked

That's outrageous! Booked a place in Reunion Resort, Florida, 10 months in advance, dropped a $6000 deposit, and got everything confirmed. All good, right? Nope! Five months later, out of the blue, they hit you with a notification that your booking is now over $60,000 – doubling the price for the same stay! Went from $1700 a night to a whopping $3800, and their excuse? "Oh, the owner changed the price." You're stuck for five months, planning flights, park visits, meals for 28 people, and then they drop this bomb? "There's nothing we can do," they say. Unbelievable. This is not going away quietly – first step, dropping this review. They need to know this is not okay!

Utilized Top Villas for Windsor Hills 1004 arrival on 2/7/24. Regrettably, the property did not match the advertised description. Various issues were encountered, particularly with malfunctioning TVs. Despite reporting these concerns with accompanying photos, resolution from Top Villas was lacking. Additionally, an extra fee for a heated pool was paid, but the pool remained unheated throughout the stay. Despite requesting a refund for this unfulfilled service, no reimbursement was provided. Caution is advised for potential buyers.
