Wow! This company really nailed it!

Wow! This company really nailed it! The themed rooms were super cool, especially for the kids. They had loads of towels for the pool and inside, which was great. And let's talk about those beds – so comfy! I need to ask them what kind they are because I want one for myself. The gate guards were really nice every time we came back, which was a nice touch. Plus, the location was just minutes away from Universal Studios. We had a blast and definitely recommend them.

Villatel turned out to be one of the most enjoyable places we’ve visited! We planned a spur-of-the-moment Disney trip for the kids before school started and this was just the right spot. The kids hardly wanted to leave the resort, and it was simple for all the parents to handle. Lots of fun activities, a private pool, and arcade games :) This is now our top choice for any Orlando trip!

Our stay at the resort was really enjoyable. The house had lots of arcade games which kept our boys entertained. It was clean and roomy. The staff quickly helped with anything we needed. The resort is in a secure community with active security. The house had everything we needed, even pool towels. We plan to come back again.

Great spot! The cleanest place I've ever been to. My kids enjoyed it more than Disney. If you're heading to Orlando/Davenport, Villatel is the only choice. I got the house with the poker room and bowling – perfect for both kids and adults. It's like a fantastic playland!

This company is doing a good job with their new resort. It's in a nice spot and they're working on some cool new stuff. I'm looking forward to visiting again next year to see everything finished. The staff is helpful and responsive when you call.

The house was the best! So pretty and clean! We liked the movie room, game room, and pool. Everything was just right. We didn't go out much. A really chill stay, definitely.

Our 36-member family stayed at the

Our 36-member family stayed at the complex for 4 nights, renting 3 homes. Despite inconsistent weather, the experience was enjoyable for all ages. While our home lacked a hot tub, the pool was a hit. The variety of activities kept us engaged, thanks to the energetic Activity Director, Shella. Cooking meals in the kitchen or on the grill added to the bonding. A trip to the nearby bar-restaurant was a highlight for 20 of us. Road paving was a minor inconvenience, but the staff's attentiveness to our needs was noteworthy.

The house itself was lovely and well-maintained, but the letdown came from the non-functional pool heater throughout our stay. Despite repeated complaints, communication on the issue was lacking. We were informed about a missing part delaying the fix only after multiple inquiries. The inconvenience of an unusable pool significantly impacted our trip, and it would have been appreciated if alternative accommodations or a discount had been offered. The lack of proactive communication left us with a disappointing experience.

Too stupid to understand what a hurricane is

We had reservations from Tuesday, October 8, 2024 to Tuesday October 15, 2024. There is a hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico with the possibility of turning into a CAT 4. These people are stating they will not cancel our reservation. They don't have generators nor a hurricance plan.
