After observing Red Week for a few years

After observing Red Week for a few years, I was unsure about trying it. When they introduced verified and protected, I felt somewhat better. I rented a week in October. I got the buyer's approval, but Red Week said to hold off on non-refundable purchases until they checked everything. It took 3 or 4 days to get the final okay. I felt really good about my transaction. Looking forward to doing it again.

Booking with RedWeek was quite simple. The only challenge was waiting for the final confirmation before getting my airfare booked. Once I reached the resort, it felt like I owned the place. Everything went smoothly, and I left completely satisfied.

Found a good spot for our famly vacaton. Smooth transacton, but some of the communcatons were not clear. When you are told RedWeek is "changng the name on your reservaton," you might be concerned. But t is beng changed from the tmeshare unt owner's name to your name. Not from your name to some hacker's name.

Simple to look at listings but tough

Simple to look at listings but tough to find out about features. I got a message after picking that my apartment wasn’t set up the way I thought. That was upsetting. No price cut was suggested.

They were not willing

They were not willing to work with me at all. They had a posting that was identical to mine listed as an eight-bedroom. I tried to have a conversation, explaining that mine was also an eight-bedroom as it was the same as the other one, but now they refuse to rent my place out.

Terrible service

While their competition answers and makes contact really fast, RedWeek doesnt respond. Already send them no less than 6 requests and nothing. The funny thing is that that after this terrible service, they ask me to purchase their membership LOL!
