    Villanovo offered great assistance during our stay. Their communication was smooth from the first booking until we arrived. The villa was well kept, and everything matched what was shown on the website. We appreciated the welcome basket and the useful local tips they shared. The concierge service was quick to respond and organized activities that suited our interests. Villanovo’s focus on the small things really made our vacation better, and we felt well taken care of.

    When I shared the details of the type of chalet we wanted, Julia quickly provided several options. As I started to refine my choices, she was really helpful in explaining more about the different areas and villages, and what we could expect in each one. She made the whole process much easier for us.

    The apartment's photos and description made

    The apartment's photos and description made it seem like a high-class spot, but the reality was much more basic. While the place has up-to-date features, it lacks any real charm or extra details. The local staff are quite eager to support and go out of their way to assist with any needs. Don’t count on poolside drinks or even restrooms near the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful, but we found the total cost a bit high for the quality provided.
