Caught their commercial on TV. Followed all the steps and only at the end they mention a fee. Such a waste of my time. Hope they shut down soon. I can find a free appraisal myself. Don’t waste your time like I did.

What they showed online matched exactly what we found when we got there. The roof terrace was amazing and gave us lots of extra room to relax inside and outside. The apartment had all the things we needed perfectly.

Your best bet is purchasing from discount lots this place is not a place to purchase land. It does not provide the correct accurate information. This place were overpriced. The land worth I purchased some land for $5000 and the land is worth less than the price. Especially being that it was undeveloped land
