I've used a few different virtual staging services
I've used a few different virtual staging services, but after completing at least 5 projects with this company, I can confidently say they are my go-to from now on. The process is simple and quick, they listen to feedback well, and even when the first draft isn't exactly what I had in mind, they always make the adjustments I ask for, and do so quickly. I'm really happy with the quality and professionalism they deliver. Definitely recommend!

They seem to rely on subcontractors for the work
They seem to rely on subcontractors for the work, and it feels like they don’t pay much attention to how skilled these subcontractors are. There’s a huge difference in the quality of work from one person to another. If you're lucky enough to get a good one (about 3 out of 10), your project with 10-20 images can be finished in a few hours, which is fine. But if you get someone less skilled, they lack design sense and barely read your instructions. You'll waste a lot of time on endless corrections, and your project will drag on for nearly a week. I’ve spoken with management, but nothing has changed. If they can improve their subcontractor selection, they could really become a solid option for any property manager, but that seems unlikely. We’re thinking about using a different software, though that’s not really what we do. For now, we’ll stick with them, because when things go right, it's still our go-to method. They’ve earned three stars, and I’m hopeful for another soon.

Quick & effective.
VirtualStaging did a great job of delivering in a short amount of time (even quicker than expected!). I would have preferred the furniture they selected to match what I requested (I clicked for specific pieces in one room, but they didn't use those), though what they chose was "okay".
