Doug and I agreed on a price that was fair given the work required. Even through a storm (Beryl), they stayed with me every step. Big State was clear and detailed about the process. We closed on the exact date we agreed on, and funding was done in under 24 hours. My tip is to be as flexible as they are. For me, it made the process smooth! I would recommend them and use them again if necessary!
