I’ve been trying to figure out where I stand
I’ve been trying to figure out where I stand on the list for a long time, but with no luck. Talking to Vanessa today finally helped me more than anyone else has before. I live in senior housing and also Quincy housing, and I’ve asked about my name for months, but no one had any answers, which seemed strange. Vanessa was kind and patient with me. It felt good to talk to someone who actually listened and took the time to respond to my questions.
