    Robert assisted me in dealing with my insurance company

    Robert assisted me in dealing with my insurance company when I noticed that the value of my 2023 Subaru Impreza was too low. He helped me use my position to the fullest and acted as a strong advocate for my interests. In the saying "speak softly but carry a big stick," Robert was definitely the stick. If you're facing a situation with a vehicle total loss, I suggest contacting ACIS and getting their opinion on your case. Robert made it clear that he wouldn't charge a fee if he didn't believe there was a strong case.

    AcisPro is a great company!

    AcisPro is a great company! Rob was honest and fair with the possible appraisal he could get for my mom's car that was totalled, and he ended up getting even more ($3400 more than the insurance offered). I can’t recommend him enough!

    Fast and effective service.

    Fast and effective service. The insurance company initially offered a low settlement for my total loss, but Kyle managed to get them to agree to a much higher amount. I am happy with the outcome!
