Zumper is one of the most poorly managed sites I've come across!

Zumper is one of the most poorly managed sites I've come across! Their listings are often incorrect, and reaching out to someone is nearly impossible. I can’t understand how anyone manages to find a rental through their platform. It's hard to believe they are still operating. Really annoyng. I won’t be using it again and I will definitely advise others to stay away too. It’s just a complete disater.

The property I received in the email as a rental

The property I received in the email as a rental listing was actually an old one from years ago. When I reached out to the broker to schedule a viewing, they had no knowledge of the house being available for rent. It felt like a bait and switch tactic. I would not recommend Zumper.com as it's not a reliable source for rental listings.

I appreciate that Zumper sends me apartment listings

I appreciate that Zumper sends me apartment listings, but I often find myself scrolling through many that are too expensive for me. It seems like my budget preferences are being overlooked. Since I’m on a fixed income, I can’t consider apartments that take up a large portion of it.
