    Working on the HOA board used to be a bit of a headache—until we teamed up with Transcend Community Management. Their system is a game changer! The online platform makes it easy to stay on top of everything, from meeting notes to resident concerns. What really stands out, though, is their follow-up. More times than I can count, they've taken care of issues before I even had a chance to bring them up. They've made my role as a board member much less stressful, and frankly, I can't imagine doing it without them now.

    A circus of a company with their "virtual" help.

    A circus of a company with their "virtual" help. It's nice to chat with a bot pretending to be a "real" human. Then they give you a made-up phone number when you ask for urgent after-hours support. It's annoying to email for emergency help only to receive replies that aren’t honest about solving the issue. I’d rate them no stars if I could. If you can, steer clear from these frauds.

    You can try to reach them

    You can try to reach them, but they never pick up! The automated system is completely useless! If you manage to get through to their main line, they’ll just accuse you of never calling. This company is utterly useless! Keep your distance from this management team!
