    The whole team are really good salespeople

    The whole team are really good salespeople, especially Matt and Luca, and then finishing with Julia Barrows. Richard James Old Town branch was suggested to me and even though it's a bit pricier than others, it’s definitely worth it. (you get what you pay for). They keep you updated at every stage from viewings to when it’s sold. Julia’s clear communication between me and the buyers helped move things along quickly. They also give you useful contacts for moving companies and solicitors, all very helpful and quick. Overall, this made what’s known as one of the most stressful times in life a lot easier and less stressfull. Thanks to everyone. Really valuable help.

    We had a great time working with Richard James

    We had a great time working with Richard James, mainly with Natalie, who was very helpful during our sale and buying process. She always kept in touch, letting us know what was going on and made sure things kept moving. She worked hard when there were problems and helped things stay on track. Natalie’s kind and easy-going attitute really helped during what can be a tough time, and we always felt like we could trust her. We would defintely suggest Richard James to others buying or selling a place!

    Amazing help from Natalie in the sales team.

    Amazing help from Natalie in the sales team. She kept looking for a home for my family in Mill Hill for more than two years, even after two deals fell through near the end. No silly promises or pushy talk, just worked hard to help people deal with a very slow and outdated prosess full of letdowns.

    I had a great experiance with this agency. The buying process was tricky but Richard worked hard to make things easier. He was also honest and kind the whole time and I plan to go with him again later on.

    Can’t praise Richard and his team enough. They make a process that is usually stressfull feel much easier and act like partners the whole time. I would always choose them over other agents!
