The website's a breeze

The website's a breeze to move around, but man, it's ad city! Upgraded hoping for more room, but no dice. Landlords? Don't even get me started. Phone calls and messages? Crickets. They want pros but act the opposite. Not the smoothest ride dealing with these landlords.

The company is good. I got lots of messages after 2 days, and my room was rented in 2 days. I used Craigslist (CL), but someone kept flagging my post. I contacted CL support, same thing. I reposted it, got flagged again. It's just me; others faced same: unfair flagging though your post is real. I paid for one week in Spare room, worth it.

Spareroom helped reactivate my account

Spareroom helped reactivate my account, thanks to Noah. You pay for 4 weeks, post your ad, and if it rents within 2 days, they pause your account. I had 27 days left, so it got paused. Later, Noah reactivated it. Now, I can use the leftover 27 days for the new ad!

The employees are quite responsive and knowledgeable, and they helped me rent out 3 rooms a couple of months ago. Now, I'm relying on them again for my current vacancy.

Richard Healy and Paolo Magcala are advertisers on Spareroom. They false advertise, lie, they do not clean, noisy. Paolo smoke cigarettes and marijuana and has dogs. They did not use full disclosure. They breached the contract but will not give you your money back. They are fake nice and harass you at night by messing with your genitalia so you cannot stay in the room and force you out. Spareroom complaint waste your time to get information and then says they cannot do anything. Other advertisers are the same.
