My stay in a Roomrs apartment was great. I would suggest it to anyone searching for a place to stay in New York. I stayed in East Harlem and really enjoyed the area and the building. The apartments are nicely furnished, with a range of prices and plenty of choices in the best parts of the city. Additionally, the customer service is very efficient, as they are quick and responsive. Finding an apartment that met my needs was simple. 5 stars!

Going with Roomrs for my move to New York worked out really well! They helped me pick a place that fits my needs, and the steps were easy and quick. The apartment has all I need, and it’s nice to know I can get in touch with them if anything comes up. East Harlem is a cool neighborhood with lots to do and easy subway access. Roomrs helped a lot in finding a place
Roomrs helped a lot in finding a place for my last semester in NYC. Instead of a long lease, I could sign for just a few months, which saved me some money, especially since the apartment came fully furnished. Their customer service is good, always quick to reply to questions. The apartments are in great spots, and they have everything needed. A very positive experience.

Came to nyc for a fellowship and needed
Came to nyc for a fellowship and needed somewhere ready to go. I started in sept 2022 and stayed with roomrs a bit over a year. Zack showed me the rooms online which helped a lot. There was someone who came to fix stuff and a cleaning lady too. I think it's good if your coming to nyc short-term like for an internship or just to see what it's like. Thanks roomrs.

I had a hard time finding a place in NY, especially since I only needed a 3-month lease. A friend recommended roomrs, and my experience with the team was smooth. The apartment is nice, cozy, and has everything I need. I would deffinitely recommend!

Easy move-in process.
Easy move-in process. Everything is set up, with all needed amenities included. Maintenance is fast, usually responding within 1-2 business days. The cleaning service is also really good. Overall, a very pleasant stay with Roomrs!
