2 years into Dubai real estate and Core Club finaly made it feel like I run my own game. The 100% commission setup got me 550k AED from one off-plan sale. Their Real Deal app is more than just an app, it's how I linked up with a broker in Abu Dhabi—ended up doing a cross-emirate deal and shared 120k smooth. Would be better if they had more local partners. But hey, when others take half your cash, Core Club's 3800AED fee is just fine.
