Redfin was a good experience for me.

Redfin was a good experience for me. I was selling my condo and the first realtor was not organized and didn't seem interested in helping. Then I found a Redfin realtor that sold another condo unit in my building and hired him. The most impressive items were: the Redfin realtor and staff were always available for a phone call. All the paperwork was organized and both were available for asking questions and it sold in less than 6 weeks. Then I found another property and the same Redfin agent helped me purchase my new property, and to top it off, both selling and buying of these 2 properties were handled in the same day. Once again, Redfin is very professional, customer service exceptionul, excellent online PDF signing of documents, the best realtor rate in the marketplace, and very honest. A fabulous experience x 2. I believe Redfin will be the future of home selling, buying, as well as renting.

We helped my mom sell her house.

We helped my mom sell her house. We talked to local realtors, but didn't like anyone. We tried Redfin. They helped us a lot.

Redfin's apps are very easy to use and the agents are reliable and informative. We'd recommend this site for sure!

I almost had an interview with this company today.

I almost had an interview with this company today. I had applied to one of their jobs nearly a month ago. The pay rate wasn’t listed, but Indeed and Glassdoor showed the job title starting at at least $22/hour. They wanted me to do a long email video submission, but I wasn’t going to waste my time without knowing the pay rate. I sent them an email asking, but no one got back to me. Weeks later, I got an invite for an interview, well, at least a virtual one. Kind of odd they used Google Meet, but that was their choice. The HR talent specialist didn’t seem to have good communication skills. The whole process felt really unorganized. Just hours before my interview, they called to ask if I got the invite. I figured I’d ask about pay. She lowballed me with 16.50/hour. Now, I live in the city, and even a simple apartment costs about 25/hr to afford. I have a bachelor degree, 15 years of office work, and a few years of remote and 1099 contract experience. The rate she offered is what you'd pay someone with no experience. I beleive the job was already closed, so maybe they hired someone and they left. Doesn’t make sense that other people online say they made 20 something an hour, and she thought I’d take such a low offer. This woman doesn’t seem very smart. I won’t say her name, but she should probably find a different job. Customer service is not her best skill. For a company this big l, they should be able to pay a fair wage.

I was searching for a condo in the Denver area.

I was searching for a condo in the Denver area. I met with a Redfin agent, Dan, in Arvada and we toured a condo with the seller's broker. Due to health issues, I asked the seller broker about smoking restrictions in the building. Dan replied, "you're not in Boulder." At another condo, I met Enrique, a different Redfin agent, who tried to explain away the concerns I raised.

Redfin was helpful for online tours, especially from out of town

Redfin was helpful for online tours, especially from out of town. However, my experience soured when I tried to make an offer on a property and received no response. The lead realtor was also rude. I've since switched realtors and am now waiting for my newly built home. I wouldn't use Redfin again based on this experience.
