My initial impression of the room
My initial impression of the room and overall stay appeared satisfactory, with the accommodations seeming well-prepared at first glance. However, my experience was marred by the presence of silverfishes, which were not limited to just one encounter but rather persisted both in my room and even in the lobby.
Compounding the issue, the building often lacked staff presence, and the customer service was disappointingly unresponsive to my requests. Addressing the silverfish problem spanned several days, requiring me to provide evidence of the infestation, a process that nearly coincided with my departure from the hotel. Unfortunately, the absence of an option to attach images or videos to this review prevents me from substantiating my claims visually.
Another noteworthy incident involved my hotel room door lacking a look-through glass in the peephole. Resolving this matter also proved to be a less-than-smooth process, taking a few days to rectify.
It appears that Limehome faces challenges in promptly addressing and resolving incidents, as reflected in my experience with both the silverfish infestation and the missing look-through glass.
