I was reached out to by David Mendenhall after having some trouble with another company. David was quick to respond and honest from the start. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. There were a few issues with the final details of my refinance, but David and his team worked with me to adjust the compensation percentage to match the numbers we had agreed upon. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Chris was really friendly and ready to assist... really glad to help out! His rate was fair, but while we chatted, he lowered it even more, offering me a better deal than his main competitor by 1.5%. He stayed in touch, kept me updated, and always checked if I needed anything. The whole process was really simple and went by super quick! Two thumbs up or 5 Stars... ClickStart earned both!
