We have used ZipRent for the past few years and they have been great! They are efficient, reasonably priced, and communicate well with both us and our tenants, even on weekends or evenings when needed. ZipRent handles quick repairs, giving us options that are reasonably priced. With the last tenant turnover, our experience was mostly good. We used an outside realtor to find the new tenant and got them connected with ZipRent. She praised how well everything was handled, and I agree. I really appreciate ZipRents' quick responses, especially off-hours, and on Sundays!! Very impresive!! There were times when the communications were late, requiring multiple emails or calls. Calling ZipRent sped things up. But to be fair, there were a lot of moving parts in our last tenant lease onboarding, so I get that some things might slip. In the end, everything was taken care of quickly and politely. We will keep using ZipRent, they are professional and reasonable in cost. I highly recommend them!

I think having one central contact through ziprent leasing email was helpful because we got pretty fast replies. Not having one person to speak to during the whole process felt a bit odd. Knowing we could call or text someone for our lease would feel better. But it was not really needed since everything worked out fine. If help was required, I believe they have a good system ready. Glad we didn’t have to use it though.
