I’m an apprentice in the program. In just 6 months, I had 4 houses in escrow, each for only $10. It may sound unreal, but it’s true. The methods taught in the course and by the coaches are at a high level that makes these deals possible. I spent more than a year looking into real estate education companies online and chose Freedom Mentor because they only profit when I do. We split the profits. I did make a large deposit for the program, but I wanted the best level of service and access they provide. The program has lived up to what I was hoping for – and has even gone beyond some of my expectations. Honestly, what wasn’t emphasized enough in the initial program offer were the amazing coaches available multiple times each day to personally teach, guide, and help with whatever is needed. Having direct contact (and building a relationship) with these experts is priceless. Any course can upload videos and manuals, but the one-on-one attention is what sets them apart. Phil is one of the coaches, and I do talk with him whenever needed. He’s just as friendly and skilled in person as he appears in the videos. At first, I was doubtful whether the advice I’d get as an apprentice would be as good as what I saw in the videos, since those can sometimes exaggerate things. What I found is that the advice is even better. Each creative deal has its own challenges and requires thinking on your feet – and they do it. Even when I haven’t asked for help, Phil and the coaches have reached out with useful suggestions (through their messaging system) to improve my deals. Phil and the coaches are always supporting, motivating, and assisting. Just so you know: This is NOT a “get rich quick” program; it’s specialized training that gives you an edge over your competition. If you use the program wisely and put in the effort, it can lead to great success.

This program has been a game changer! Since I was young, I've dreamed of becoming a real estate investor. I tried several programs before that led me to nowhere. From my experience, most programs only provide a basic overview of what it takes to succeed as an investor. The issue with this is that there are many details that arise while investing. The individuals selling these courses often do not truly care about your success. They are more focused on making a quick buck by selling you a program. FREEDOM MENTOR is genuine! The coaches are easy to reach six days a week and they always reply to your questions through messaging quickly. This is the kind of support necessary to handle the details of real estate investing. This is not a get rich quick scheme. It requires a lot of learning and facing challenges, especially at the start. The good thing is that it gets easier if you stick with it. If you give up easily, don't bother. Almost anything worth having takes hard work. I have closed many deals with Freedom Mentor so far. My last deal earned a net profit of $104,193.63, which is my most profitable yet. There is no way I could have done this without their guidance. My aim is to finish the program next year. Phil and the coaches at Freedom Mentor have had the most positive influence on my life of anyone outside my close family!
