We have visited Erin’s Inlet for the 3rd year now

We have visited Erin’s Inlet for the 3rd year now, and every visit brings something fresh or improved. (A new dryer was added since last year and we noticed new deck chairs.) The kitchen has all the tools we need to prepare meals, from breakfast to dinner! There's no need to bring anything for a seafood boil - everything is ready! The sunrise from the decks is beautiful, and the beach is super easy to get to! This house has all the basics for a great beach day! We have already reserved our stay for 2025!

We've been with SunRealty for 15 years. Every time we pop by, the staff is super friendly... Everything's ready when we get there. We only called maintenance once this year ;-) They were quick to fix things up fast! GOOD SERVICE!

We have rented from Sun Realty before, and we were happy with the service provided this time as well. The option to sign up for early arrival was really helpful and we appreciated it.

Sun's check-in/check-out process is simple and quick. The guest portal is very user-friendly, and the staff in the office are friendly and supportie.

We always have a nice 2 week stay at the Outer Banks.

We always have a nice 2 week stay at the Outer Banks. Carolina Dunes offers good beach access and is located in a peaceful part of Ocean Sands. Some of the beds were okay, but a few need replacing. You can spot the ocean from several spots, but the decking needs work. Nails were sticking out, and some boards were loose and splintered. We liked the large main floor and modern kitchen. Consider adding shade to the pool area; the hot tub was too hot because it was in the sun all day. In general, we liked the spot and would stay here again if some updates were done.

You know, I've rented beach homes from a bunch of places over the years – VRBO, AIRBNB, you name it. But Sun Realty? They really stand out. Their homes are just... better kept, you know? It's like they actually care about the properties and the people staying in them. Sure, it might cost a bit more, but man, it's worth it. And get this – you can always talk to a real person when you call. No endless phone menus or waiting forever. They either help you right there or point you to someone who can. Makes the whole experience way smoother.

I recently stayed with Duck Sun Realty, and I've got to say, the whole experience was really pleasant. The staff at the office were super friendly and made us feel right at home. They sent welcoming emails before we even arrived and checked in on us during our stay, which was a nice touch. It felt like they genuinely cared about our comfort. If you're looking for a place that really looks after you, I'd definitely recommend Duck Sun Realty.

Perfect Beach House with Minor Flaws

Just got back from an amazing stay at this beach house in Kitty Hawk. The location couldn’t be better – a short walk and you're right on the beach. The house itself was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Lots of space to hang out, whether you're dodging a rainy day or just kicking back after some sun. Only downside? Could’ve been cleaner, and the towels weren’t great. But overall, a fantastic spot for a beach getaway!

Spacious House with Minor Tweaks Needed

Just stayed at this place, and wow, it's roomy! The house has so much space, perfect for our big family gathering. But, the fridge in the kitchen could really use an upgrade. Also, the deck is great, but it could use some more patio furniture. We had a bit of trouble with garbage cans too, wish there were more. Overall though, it was a really good stay. Would recommend if you’re looking for a big space!

It’s like they just know how to make the whole experience seamless.
