They charged me $307.49 for a contract I never agreed to or signed. To make matters worse, they slapped a $200 fee on me just to cancel a contract that I never willingly entered into. They incessantly call me at all hours, demanding money for something I never agreed to pay for. The property they tried to sell me turned out to be landlocked and, in my opinion, way too expensive. I find them to be completely dishonest, charging fees without any valid reason. Dealing with them has been nothing short of shady. I strongly advise against considering any business with them, and I suspect any positive reviews are likely fabricated, possibly by their own employees. They are truly unpleasant people to deal with.

This company sells lots in Rimrock Meadows, Washington. We're part of an HOA and pay yearly fees. Land Central can be slow with payments. There might be liens on the lots. When they sell on contract, they don't record with the county, giving you little legal protection. We don't give membership rights for unrecorded contracts. They operate under many business names.

Not what was listed, buyer beware and do your research

Almost purchased a lot via the easy click and pay on their site. Glad I didn't. Do your research folks. I called prior to looking at the property to be sure it was still available and they stated it was. After research, The property was misrepresented in size by over an acre. Sent an email with country assessor information and the email back was the property was sold. Just 10 hours after they said it was available. Now 2 things, who ever bought the property way over paid and didn't get what they thought they were buying and 2. Had I clicked pay now on the site to purchased the lot, I would have lost money and it wouldnt have been what I thought I was purchasing. Do your research. These properties are purchased at tax auctions and they don't seem to conduct enough due diligence to list them properly.

If you want land for investment or personal use, go to LandCentral first….I’ve seen many companies selling land, foreclosed homes, and commercial property…Don’t trust them. There’s only one to trust! My next land buy will be? You got it! LandCentral, of course. :) And yours should be too!

I need assistance finding the address and transportation to Alturas and building using Habitat for Humanity or Northwest Territory Canada, then moving into California. I aim for eco-friendly housing for Nigerian helpers and first-generation California natives needing assistance after STEM education or FHA.

I haven't been to Envita, but I’ll give them four stars for the information on their site. That's the main reason I visited. I learned a lot about Lyme disease treatment... but wow, their website clearly says "does not guarantee" results. No medical clinic does. Sorry.
