Christian Mas and Jose Cintron at home inc are not people you want to deal with. If they reach out, RUN. They’ll say all the right things to get your home under contract, stall during the due diligence phase, and then make you sign an extension claiming they need more time to “close the deal.” In the end, the only reason they aren’t proceeding is due to price, which was agreed on before the contract. On the final day of due diligence, I got a text saying they weren’t moving forward because “they missed comps.” It took them 25 days to realize this, and whenever I asked for updates, I was told everything was fine. Very shaddy people and company. Avoid them if you can.

I reached out for support

I reached out for support when the house my Grandfather gave me in a trust was close to foreclosure. Homeinc got in touch and said they’d purchase the place. They noticed something odd in the trust, didn’t finish anything or share info, just kept saying it’s fine. They allowed it to hit foreclosure and then grabbed it. They act like viltures.

Watch out for this company.

Watch out for this company. They might seem okay at first, but be cautious. They'll offer you a deal for a house "as is." Then they'll send someone to take pictures and videos of your property. But when it's time for inspection, they'll call and take back their offer, offering way less money instead. They'll blame it on construction costs rising or the housing market getting worse. Personally, I wouldn't trust Homeinc.
