My experience with The First Group has been a nightmare. After paying in full for an apartment at Yasmin Village and signing the Sales and Purchase agreement, they disappeared with my funds. This blatant theft tarnishes not only their reputation but also damages the UAE Government's standing internationally. It's imperative for action to be taken swiftly to rectify this situation.

I have worked with this company for some time

I have worked with this company for some time, and they seem to stick to their ways. They moved their London base to Dubai, thinking they could escape accountability. They tricked people out of money and pressured many for payments. They suggested buying properties to quickly sell them off to cover original costs. However, it soon became clear that selling off properties was now illegal in Dubai, leaving many with mounting debts. If you are involved with this group, I strongly advise stopping all contact and distancing yourself, as they are dangerious!

My visit to Soluna Beach Club in Dubai was marketed as a cutting-edge experience, featuring robotic drink service and 3D movies. However, it devolved into a sales pitch for holiday packages with ongoing fees. We were misled and left feeling deceived. The stark disparity between the promised experience and the reality was disappointing and a waste of our time. Such misleading marketing tactics detract from the credibility of the establishment and leave customers feeling exploited.

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. Don't bother investing your time or money in Dubai. They're nothing but scammers.

MORE THAN I HOPED FOR!

My wife and I always end up booking things late, which usually makes things a bit messy for us and anyone trying to help. Not the best way, but in the past few weeks, we met a manager named Carla Isabel Nunes. Her care and way of listening has been something else. She gives tips and help even before we ask. I don’t remember getting service this fast and correct before. She answers my emails faster than I can log off. Best part was how she got our UAE visa done in less than 48hrs. Even when we were not sure what we wanted and got mixed up, she stayed calm and didn’t lose patince with us. When we didn’t know how to ask for hotel changes, she just smiled and said “no problem, I’ll fix it” – and in no time, we got the changes we hoped for, like we were her only customers. This trip had the most smoth setup we ever had. I really want to thank her in person when I stop by the office. Well done, madam. Big thanks from us.

I have been an owner of the Diamond for a while now

I have been an owner of the Diamond for a while now, and I've always had a positive experience working with the team at First Group. Recently, I let Nader and Sara know I would be coming for a visit, and from that moment, they both went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. They arranged great accommodations at the First Collection Marina, a fantastic location, and even organized transport to and from the airport. They also introduced me to the Inner Circle app, which I was able to use at various places throughout my stay. Thanks to their care and attention, my trip went well, and I felt well taken care of. I really appreciate the service they provided and am already looking forward to my next visit, knowing I'll be in safe hands.

I can't thank Cristina Cernei from The First Group enough for the amazing help she provided my wife and me during our holiday in Dubai from December 2024 to January 2025. From the start, she made sure our Dubai visas were sorted quickly, and when we got stuck at Hamad International Airport in Doha, she was the only one we could rely on to speed up our visa process to get us back to Dubai. Her expertise and professionalism are impressive, and she doesn't take long to respond to messages, whether on WhatsApp or email. I'm truly grateful for her great service and would suggest her to anyone with properties with The First Group. Thank you, Cristina Cernei, for making our holidays wonderfull!

The team from the driver to the front desk

The team from the driver to the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant were just great. Rooms are clean and cozy. Service is quick, friendly, and given with courtesy and respect. Ms. Inna Inanova stands out and deserves a thumbs up with a 5-star rating for her unique way of handling business and family bonding. The amazing places we saw in Dubai and the memories we made were because of her kind suggestions. If we come back as a family, it will be because of her and her team. She is a true asset to The First Group.

Good hospitality, Very smart & professional Sales team, Very helpful Collection Financial team, Big Thanks to Mr. Waleed Abu El-leil, Mr. Islam Hammad, Mr. Ibrahim Hammad, Mr. Antonio Badr, & Mr. Mahmoud Khalifa. You should consider adding a “ReSale Department” to assist owners in marketing their units. This could boost your sales since owners would have more flexibility to sell their units as cash flow, avoiding the resale limits which is the main issue with your hotel unit projects.

I truly appreciate the support and effort of Ms. Doaa Hussein. Right from the start, she showed great care and stayed attentive to every detail. She worked hard to make sure any issues were handled quickly and smoothly. Her way of keeping things on track and her focus on doing her best made the experience very positive. Having someone so reliable and dedicated on the team has been a great advantage, and it’s been a priviledge to collaborate with her.

The support I received from Samah was very good, and Mr. Waleed, her manager, also provided useful assistance. However, the company could improve its coordination between departments after a client buys a property. It would be better if an owner had a single point of contact for their needs, with the Portfolio Manager sharing the owner’s details with all relevant departments. This was not well managed until Mr. Waleed stepped in.

My experience with a committed team member named LOBNA BIN MOHAMMED has always been quite good and useful. She listens carefully and patiently whenever we talk. She is attentive and straightforward, always ready to address my issues. The First Group is the first company to introduce my wife and I to offshore property investment. The installment payment offered us at that time was the most effective way we could afford the property, and subsequently another property. The company has a team of professional client managers who guide and advise on best cause of action by clients.

I have been staying at the first collection waterfront for over two weeks now and plan to stay until Oct 25. It has been nice working with everyone I encountered. A big thanks to Yousra, who took care of all my reservations and bookings quickly. She was very cooperativ and kind.
