I was worried because I live in West

I was worried because I live in West Africa and some projects abroad have turned out to be frauds. I was hesitant to invest with First Group but I not only joined one project but now on a second, especially after meeting Nicole. She isn't only good at helping me with the finances but also handling the trust part which is an integral part of marketing / business dev.

Priti, the customer service representative, the sales women from TFG is out of ethics and just because of her I changed my mind of being in business with TFG.

these guys are a scam

we were in a mall and some guys were standing advertising a property investment plan and we found the idea very ideal a hotel room that will be in world record quiness as the tallest one. We have been introdused to so called "First Group Properties", we were ready to invest by going back in 3 months after a lot of thoughts. Thank god we did not do it that day.... We also prepaid a hotel package with 10 attraction passes for a family of 4 for 7 days. They re-assure us that contacting them 2 weeks before arrival would be ok to reserve the hotel. I contacted instead 2 months before so i could prebuy the tickets, but 2 of ther emploees do not answer their phone calls just the first time to say "yes hi i ll call you back", which they never did, we send them emails never replied, i am calling to the company no one in answering and there is no one to contact with. Is this the way they are constructing their buildings??By "shopping unsuspected tourists" to prepay some kind of unrealistic vocations? I am so sorry but they have ruined anything nice i had to say about this country and its safetyness. Please do not trust them. Better go with the EMARR company. They reply instant in phone calls, emails or any request. They lost an investor also the reputation they had. Shame...

Giving this company a big thumbs

Giving this company a big thumbs down. Total letdown! I feel like I got duped. Bought their holiday package for $1500, thinking I'd get a sweet deal with Wyhdam hotel for 2 adults and 2 kids under 12. But nope, hit with an extra £108.59 at the hotel, despite being told by their rep Lahcene that it was all covered. Spent an hour waiting, only to be told I had to pay up for a better room. And the promised attractions? Don't even get me started. Supposed to get tickets for 2X each attraction, but reality check – only got what felt like leftovers. 2X Dubai Mall Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, 4 X Burj Khalifa, and just a smattering of the rest. Lahcene got all huffy because I wasn't thrilled about the extra charge and didn't want to be part of their other stuff. Can't trust these guys – stay far away from investing in their hotels. Total scam artists.

How is these people possible to operate like this even in the airport they guide Promise you a voucher then gives you time to pay and then says you lose your deposit because you don’t answer there pushy WhatsApp and Hussein Abdouni when you confront them with there scam they start laughing like 1000 dollar he makes in 1 hour and he is thinking is some kind of that people all underneath him in fact he is just a worker that is aggressive and want you to get lured in there trap, when I got home I read all the reports I was happy I did not took the property because then it was even more a big scam or theft call what you want but the first one group works with marionette hotels I will not even stay at marionette anymore because of there corporations

A total ripoff and scam

I purchased a vacation package for the sole purpose of going to Dubai to pitch my Hedge Fund business to the Dubai government. I explained this to Haidy Hamza and I was led to believe her team would help me this, but it was a ruse to sell the vacation package. I don't appreciate being stalked and having my privacy violated either. I wouldn't have done business with them if I knew this was going to happen".

I was told we were going to discuss Ciel tower when i made the appointment, seems that property is sold out, so basically mislead and lied to by the sales team in the Mall
