I genuinely appreciate the website's design, layout, and friendly vibe. The product descriptions were quite accurate, and I had plenty of options for different phones with clear pricing! The time from when I placed my order to when I got my device was quite fair, and the "post paid" status of the order was an even bigger plus. I did a lot of digging into this Canadian company and was really struck by their background and values...one of the main reasons I decided to take a chance and buy my iPhone 13. It was fairly priced and the 90-day "no hassle" warranty was far better than other competitors. I was a bit let down with the Orchard's "buy" option. Their review/assessment process isn't really as simple as mentioned on their site, which caused us to not agree on the final amount for my device I sent them to buy. Maybe I'm too fussy about my stuff....I rated it higher than their evaluation, which caused a big drop in the offered price. We agreed to disagree - no problem for me, their method is their method so it didn't have to match my opinion. In the end, I was very pleased with my purchase and will return to Orchard next time I want to change my device. Minus one star for the buying process, but otherwise 5 Stars for the buying experience and product!

I've been a loyal customer of theirs for years, buying used phones since 2016. Initially, it was smooth sailing, but recently, my experience has taken a nosedive. They sent me a phone marked 'Good' with a noticeable scratch, yet during the return, they charged me for a screen repair. Customer service was a nightmare; within the supposed 90-day warranty, they questioned my return and guilt-tripped me. Their automatic system penalizes you for delays beyond your control, like slow shipping label delivery. Disappointing shift in quality and service.

I recently acquired a Samsung Galaxy S9 from Orchard, marketed as "Like New." Despite this, I encountered a setback when the phone arrived with an evident angular scuff beneath a cracked screen protector. Orchard, unfortunately, lacked a replacement but eventually offered a partial refund. Although they covered the $20 screen protector cost as credit for a future purchase, the overall experience left me unsatisfied with the promised condition of the device.
