I had a pretty frustrating experience with Faye. I was trying to sort out a $102 discrepancy between what my travel group’s receipt showed ($2799) and what my credit card statement reflected ($2900). After explaining multiple times that I had upgraded my room, and submitting every invoice I had, I discovered on my own that the $102 was a service fee. Then, I got an email saying I could only claim up to $2000, even though my receipts clearly showed I paid $2900. No one reached out to clarify if I wanted coverage for just $2000. It took about two weeks to get the $2000 claim processed, but I still lost $800. Their customer service was really disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be using them again.
