    I enjoy almost every part of the TinLeg process and website.

    I enjoy almost every part of the TinLeg process and website. I’ve purchased multiple policies through it from various insurers. 4 different insurers (I believe). My only problem is that I never find where to add contingent beneficiaries, even when our policies cover AD&D.

    We will not use Tin Leg again.

    We will not use Tin Leg again. I really don’t understand how they have good reviews. They turned down a very small claim, so think about what they would do with a bigger one. My husband got Covid in Ireland, and Tin Leg would not reimburse him for the test kit and over-the-counter medicine we bought, which was a small total amount. The clinic our hotel contacted told us to buy a test kit and do the test. He did, it was positive, and we went to a walk-in clinic the hotel recommended. The front desk perso pushed him out without checking him and told him to go back to the hotel and isolate, taking paracetamol for his symptoms. Tin Leg would not reimburse his costs, saying he needed a doctor’s note. After we got back to the US, he saw a dr. for his ongoing symptoms, and we sent that medical summary. Tin Leg still refused to pay anything. We won’t be using them again.
