This company is a complete sham, utterly untrustworthy. My experience has been horrendous, and I'm spreading the word everywhere. Rating: zero stars! They owe us money but are evasive, providing useless numbers to unresponsive contacts. #generaligroup is a joke. Positive reviews? Clearly automated. Don't be fooled! Their year-long investigation is a stalling tactic. I'll revise my review when they pay up, but for now, they're liars engaged in damage control. Genuine reviews are stifled by their deceptive tactics. Total scam artists, don't fall for it.

The website presented usability challenges: the standard option was initially unclear, requiring additional scrolling to locate an alternative link. Even after selecting it, task completion proved elusive, necessitating a backtrack and exploration of alternative routes. During checkout, attempting to review my order led to an unexpected setback—redirecting me to the start rather than the information entry screen, causing frustration. In summary, the process lacked the desired smoothness, speed, and intuitiveness.

It's challenging to upload

It's challenging to upload receipts; I always received an error message and had to start over. I can't speak to your claim representative, and no one else can help. I spent 20-30 minutes on hold on the phone. My claim wasn't processed correctly the first time, and the second time it was vague and confusing. I can't speak to a supervisor, and I had to wait almost 7 weeks for my claim to be processed. I'm not happy at all, but they really don't seem to care.

So, I've been stuck in limbo with these guys for a while now. Because I got hit with COVID, I had to bail on my trip back in August. According to my policy, I should be covered for this kind of illness. I did my part by sending in all the necessary documents on August 25, but since then, I haven't heard a peep from them. I've called three times already, and all they can tell me is that they're still reviewing my case and that they'll call me back. But let's be real, that call hasn't happened yet. I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed in this company and how they handle their customers.
