When I asked for an English version, they claimed the Standard Plan didn't offer it, insisting I upgrade to a pricier plan for access. Upon checking databases for valid European travel health insurances, this one wasn't recognized. It appears to be a scam. Note: Be wary of positive reviews; they seem fake, possibly generated by bots and not genuine customers. Exercise caution before placing trust.

Disastrous roadside assistance experience. A torturous 5.5-hour wait, automated promises unfulfilled. Even with a live customer service contact, endured an additional 3.5-hour sweltering wait on a scorching 102-degree day for the tow truck. This infuriating ordeal has us contemplating severing ties with their other policies due to the abysmal service encountered.
