The staff member did a great job explaining the paperwork process to me, especially since it was my first time filing this type of claim. They showed understanding for Sharon's recent injury and her future recovery. Talking to this representative made me feel better about how Arch was dealing with my situation.

I dealt with Megan who was fantastik! She was curteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Megan guided me through what I thought was going to be an arduous and awkward process but she provided clarity and guidance. We ran a local business for 50 years and so we truly value dedicated, helpful staff/employees.
