I found this travel insurance quite disappointing.

I found this travel insurance quite disappointing. They didn't cover any of my medical expenses, leaving me with a $13,000 hospital bill. The claim process dragged on for 7 months, and despite my doctor providing evidence that my illness wasn't pre-existing, they still refused to pay, insisting on their own diagnosis. They never bothered to contact the doctor directly, which seemed odd. After multiple appeals, they stuck to their decision, which seemed nonsensical and suspicious. I'd advise avoiding this travel insurance to avoid losing your money to their unreliable practices.

The company is good. Jenny was quick to respond. I messaged on chat, she emailed back fast. In just 1-2 emails, she fixed my problem. I'm satisfied with their service.

Gettin' insurance was easy, but wish they'd explain what to do if somethin' happens. FAQs ain't clear. Didn't have to claim, so dunno 'bout that. Bit expensive.

Completing the application

Completing the application was a bit tricky...the phone number and address fields kept bouncing back. It wasn't very clear that I was already in Thailand. They asked for the date of the trip...but I'm already here, so I just put midnight tonight until my departure home. I spoke to an agent and they said it was okay to make the purchase while already in Thailand.

The company's purchase process needs improvement. The header is nice with various colors, but it's unclear which fields are empty. Some fields have dull colors and others are too bright, which doesn't follow design rules for a good user experience. I had to guess what I missed because some fields almost disappear. There are guidelines for making a form effective, and your experience is lacking.
