    Kensington Tours

    We chose Kensington for our first family trip to Switzerland and Lake Como, going off the usual routes. Nicolo was very helpful with organizing every part of the journey. The hotels from Chur to Lucerne to Cellarina to Lugano were just right. The guides and activities were interesting, well informed, and each place had its own charm. Also, the plan gave us time to explore on our own a bit. One thing I’d suggest is to use the Kensington app for the schedule, especially if you’re moving a lot or have local plans. The paper itineraries are less detailed and can be a bit unclear. Overall, we had a great time and I thank Nicolo for handling a family of four with teenage boy and girl twins, we all left with great memories!
