I've been inquiring about flight deals for a week and talked to different agents (Rhythm Thakur, Khushi Sran, Pooja, Michael Kors). They were all very nice, patient, informative, and really helpful. I'm grateful to each one for assisting me with FlyBackIndia. I was tired after my 12-hour shift, but booking my flight tickets was on my to-do list. When I called Michael Kors, it was the end of his shift, but he stayed to finish my booking. He stayed calm and handled my call like it was his first of the day. Great service provided by a woman named Jot Kaur. Her help was very good. She stayed calm and gave me all the info I kept asking for. She spent 2 days finding the best flight with short connections from Canada to India. I can say Jot Kaur & her manager Ashutosh Sharma did a great job, and Flyback India truly cares about their customers. I will book all my future tickets with them for sure.
