We booked our wonderful holiday package and we can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the booking process from start to end. We were so happy with how everything turned out. The cruise, the hotels, and the tour were all fantastic. Our tour guide knew a lot and had a great sense of humor. Now that we’re back to reality, we’re already planning our next trip. So far, things have been pretty okay.
So far, things have been pretty okay. We picked Cruiseaway because they had cabins available on a cruise that the cruise line showed as sold out. There are 2 couples making reservations. At first, their communication and explanations were clear, and we paid a deposit with the understanding that we'd make the second payment a week later. The second payment was made, and a receipt was issued. The only problem we encountered was that we were later told there was an error in the value of the second payment, and that additional payment was needed. We are now left wondering if there will be any more surprises. Since the final payments are due in about two months, my experience isn’t complete. Aside from the payment issue, the initial interactions have been fine so far.
