Cheap Flights Fares is true to its name!!

I was wondering whether to book with this site or not since the fares they were quoting for my return trip were cheaper than what many others were offering! I checked their reviews on social media platforms and found these to be satisfactory. Even a check on whether it is legitimate business entity or not proved to me that this is genuine. Therefore, booked online with them, partially skeptical in beginning. However, it was when the check in was completed and i got the boarding pass that all fears seemed totally unfounded.

Very courteous, respectful, and he genuinely seemed to care about our needs. Denzel deserves a better salary for his great customer service. If you need assistance, Denzel is the one to go to.

Today I reached out to cheap flights fare to change my ticket due to serious health issues, but the agent named Hazel told me it wasn’t possible and that I had to pay $350. I spoke with the airline, and they informed me that changes could be made without fees. Unfortunately, since I didn't book through them, I have to deal with this agency. It's common knowledge that airlines are obligated to allow changes for serious medical situations, but this agency seems to be trying to profit and charge me extra. Their customer service is the worst; they don’t understand anything. I wouldn’t suggest using this agency. They are scammers.
