My wife and I visited Peru in June 2024, and Peru For Less made planning our trip much easier than we thought it would be. We had a custom 6-day tour covering Cusco, Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. We started by entering our details (flights, basic ideas, etc.) on the Peru For Less website, and within a day, we heard from Urpi, our Travel Advisor. After a few back-and-forth discussions over phone and email, everything was sorted. The trip updates and payments were simple through the custom portal. The itinerary provided was clear and gave all the details about what tickets to bring, the tour schedule, and what to pack (like for Machu Picchu). We chose to stay in an AirBnb in Cusco, but Urpi made sure to adjust the trip around this. The transfers were always on time, sometimes even early, and our guides (Patty was our favorite) were all knowledgeable and professional. Each tour was well planned, informative, and allowed us time to explore Cusco on our own. Our one-night stay at El Albergue Hotel in Ollantaytambo was conveniently located right by the train station to Machu Picchu. If you’ve never been to Peru, we highly recommend it. Our suggestion: Let Peru For Less take care of the planning so you can enjoy the country stress-free.

Peru for Less was the best choise for my 15 day trip! Silvia was responsive and excited about my plans, ensuring that everything in my self-designed 'new city everyday' trip occurred, as well as adding additional activities such as Lake Titicaca which was fascinating. Silvia also provided helpful information and fast responses to all my questions and concerns prior to my trip. Drivers and representatives met me at every airport and bus station to take me to and from my hotels, making transfers completely stress free. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and contributed to a memorable trip, from Silvia to the 24 hours emergency contacts, the tour guides, drivers, and hotel staff! My guide through Colca Canyon, Antonio, was exceptionally wonderful during the two day trip, along with Walter and Rosa during my 2 day Inca Trail hike. I truly believe the company partnered with the best guides, hotels, and Amazon resort to ensure I had the best vacation while keeping to my budget. Thank you to Silvia and Peru for Less!

Our journey through South America was incredible and unforgettable. I would give Peru For Less a 10 out of 10 and highly suggest it. Peru For Less organized our travels to Cusco, the Sacred Valley, the Amazon Rainforest via Puerto Maldonado, and Iguazu Falls, and aligned it with our other plans to Buenos Aires. Everything on the trip, from transfers to hotel bookings, trains, and tours, went smoothly, and the staff were polite and supportive. The guides were very friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoyable. One guide who especially impressed us was Nyruth (not sure of the spelling...she went by "Ruth"), our guide in the Sacred Valley. We were well updated on all trip details. Lastly, our Peru For Less Travel Advisor, Eli, was very helpful and patient with my numerous questions and changes during the planning process.

Rylee was very patient and supportive as we made numerous adjustments before the trip to ensure we could experience everything important to each person in our group. None of us, nor anyone we know, had ever been to the Amazon, so we didn’t even know where to begin, but Peru for Less handled it all. This journey was to celebrate our son's graduation and entry into medical school; it was a significant achievement that required years of hard work and dedication, and we wanted the trip to be perfect for him. The experience was extraordinary and not something you do every day. We have visited many places, but there was something uniquely special about the stunning beauty of the largely untouched Amazon rainforest. Thanks once more for all your help!

Our Peru trip was fantastic! Peru for Less did a great job with all the arrangements. Everything went smoothly, no problems. The guides knew a lot about the places we visited. They spoke English well, and so did the drivers. At first, we thought we might see the same things everywhere, but each place was unique, showing us different parts of Peru's history. We were always on time and the hotels were clean, comfy, and met all our needs. Our time in Peru was really great. Thanks a lot for your help. We appreciate it! One unexpected treat was our night drive from Ollantaytambo to Cusco. We asked the driver to stop so we could see the stars. It was an amazing night sky! The driver was nice, letting us enjoy the view for about ten minutes. It was a beautiful moment for us to see the sky.

Peru For Less really aced the logistical game on my wild and ever-changing trip to Peru last October and November. Big shoutout to Adrienne for being the MVP of patience and flexibility as I tinkered with my plans a bunch of times. Once I touched down in Peru, it was like clockwork – everything not only worked but worked like a charm at every pit stop. Every unfamiliar place I hit had a friendly face ready to chat history and show me the ropes. And bonus points for carving out some chill time; no crazy schedules here. Can't thank them enough. Looking back, I realize my demands were no walk in the park, but Adrienne and the Peru For Less crew were on it, especially considering I was rolling solo in a whole new chunk of the world.

Despite a minor airport check-in hiccup in Puerto Maldonado, promptly resolved, the overall experience was well worth the pre-meltdown cost. Special appreciation for the post-booking excursions, enhancing the once-in-a-lifetime feel. Despite a year-long delay, Grecia's consistent updates and patient assistance stood out, ensuring a memorable journey.

Great way to visit all the important places

PeruforLess was a great way to visit all the important places in the country. Every location had a knowledgeable and friendly guide who knew their stuff. I want to mention Ruben Cusi, an AMAIZNG guide, his knowledge is thorough and correct, yet he is quick to acknowledge the advances in science and archaeology continue to build his knowledge. He speaks English very good, is patient, encouraging as we hiked paths to ancient sites and made them come alive! When you go to the Sacred Valey and the surounding area, request Ruben Cusi. Peru For Less gave me the chance to live out a dream

Peru For Less gave me the chance to live out a dream I had since I was a kid. The trip was incredible, and I enjoyed every moment. The tour guides were super friendly and knew a lot, and the hotels were very nice. Walking through Machu Picchu on such a clear day was a highlight for me. The hike to Rainbow Mountain was tough, but it was totally worth it. I highly recommend Peru For Less for anyone looking for a memorable adventure. My travel advisor, Bruno, did a fantastic job planning everything and picking some great hotels. One of the best trips I've ever had!

This trip was an action-packed journey, full of fun. So much to do in just a few days. The hotels were comfortable, guides were helpful, and the food in Peru is amazing. I had a bit of trouble with altitude sickness, and a doctor and nurse (2people) came to the hotel, spent 30 minutes with me, gave me 4 medications from his bag, all for $116. Such a deal!! Machu Picchu was mind-blowing, Cusco has such a lovely vibe. We chose to go to Rainbow Mountain on quads – that was so fun. Overall, better than I imagined. Just be careful with the altitude though.

Peru for Less assisted us in organizing our desired itinerary and arranged hotels ranging from good to excellent. Their agents greeted us at every airport or train station upon arrival and accompanied us to the hotel, and from each hotel to our next departure, ensuring smooth transitions. They also provided us with local guides ranging from very good to excellent. Although they scheduled us to arrive at airports three hours before departure, they promptly accommodated requests to delay the driver's arrival.

We booked our trip later than planned, but the company was very flexible, detail-oriented, and highly skilled. We saw all the sights we wanted to, and our itinerary was perfect. They also gave us two free days to explore by ourselves. The hotels were lovely (cat 4), with great breakfasts, and we felt secure and looked after the whole time. The tours were well organized, everything was on schedule, the transport was clean, and the staff was polite. We will for sure choose this company again.

The purpose of our trip to Lima Peru was to attend a family member's wedding. We chose Peru For Less because we weren't at all familiar with that location. After communicating our plans to them, they put together an itinerary which was exactly what we were looking for. Our accommodations were fantastic, transportation and tour arrangements were like clockwork, and follow-up and communication impeccable. No complaints!!

Had a blast in South America! Sure, there were a few hiccups, but kudos to the agency for fixing things up pronto. Bruno, our agent, was a superstar. Used Peru for Less last year for my Peru trip, and you bet I'm sticking with them for all my Latin America adventures. Solid 10/10 – totally recommending them to everyone I know.
