We just finished our first two weeks cruise on Arvia this January.

We just finished our first two weeks cruise on Arvia this January. Such a beautiful ship with a lot to see and enjoy. The first few days are just to get to know the place as it’s huge. The crew are amazing, and the cabins are always cleaned well. The food selection is great and there’s always something to do. Plenty of amazing places to visit, and you only need to unpack once. My only downside - some people don’t seem to care about dressing up for dinner. The ship is stunning, with so many nice restaurants and shows, it’s a perfect reason to wear your best clothes. We were all dressed up for black tie night, and sat next to a couple in T-shirts and sneakers. It didn’t ruin our trip, but it wasn’t what we thought would happen.

I had a lovely time on my cruise with P&O on Azura.

I had a lovely time on my cruise with P&O on Azura. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. The ship itself is a bit older now, but I was still comfortable with it. However, the sun bed situation was a bit annoying. Towels were placed as early as 7am, and the beds stayed empty until lunch. One family claimed multiple beds for the entire day, which wasn't dealt with all week. While we don’t stay in the sun, we swam a lot, so it would have been nice to have a bed to relax on afterward. Overall, the food and staff made the trip enjoyable.

Just finished our second transatlantic trip on Arvia.

Just finished our second transatlantic trip on Arvia. The service on board was very good and fast. Our housekeeping staff member Alberto was great and made our time on the ship enjoyable. The food was always tasty and nicely served. We've already booked our next cruise with P&O.

    Arvia. Caribbean in November 2024.

Arvia. Caribbean in November 2024. The ship is quite impressive, definitely a standout. Great variety of dining options with really good food. However, drinks and cocktails didn’t live up to the food, lacking both in quality and value for money. Shore excursions were outstanding—make sure you go on that unforgettable tour, it’s well worth it. If possible, I recommend getting a balcony cabin, it makes a big difference. Also, remember to bring some clothes washing soap; it’ll save you the trouble of buying paper soap sheets on board, as the shop selling them isn’t open very often.

I had a good time on the Arvia 4-night cruise.

I had a good time on the Arvia 4-night cruise. It offers good value for what you pay. One small issue is the way you reserve dining and entertainment. Signing out of Wi-Fi and logging into my holiday is a hassle. Other ships have screens throughout the ship for booking. The Olive Grove should be open during the day since it is so popular. Joining the virtual queue was nearly impossible, so I was disapointed.
