Lucas Hernandez contacted me while I was in India looking for flights from Barcelona to Chicago for later in my trip. The flights I found were quite expensive, and he showed me a better option in premium economy at a lower price. Our agent, Bilal Ashraf, has arranged a complex Around-the-World journey lasting three months with many destinations. Everything we requested has been handled well, and we are very satisfied with what promises to be our major "Bucket List" adventure, mostly in First or Business Class. He has also planned a simpler round-trip Business Class journey for us from our home in New Zealand to the USA and offered several options, finishing with a good price thanks to an American Airlines sale. This experience made us feel secure in trusting him with the much bigger and longer travel plan.

This is the second time I've flown business class, and this time was better than the first. Honestly, I was a bit nervous at first since I couldn’t check my flight directly with the airline for a while. The first experience went very smoothly. The next time, we opted for QSuite with Qatar Airways on our African safari trip. We couldn't use points directly with the airline, and the regular price was over $22k. After applying 400k AmEx points, we ended up saving $10k compared to booking directly. I definitely suggest giving the service a try to find a better deal.

We didn’t think it would be too hard, but booking all in premium economy turned out tricky. Sergio kept working hard and stayed cool and helpfull while figuring out the best deal for us. Also, Business Class lets you convert flight miles into cash to lower the overall cost. My first experience using Business-Class, and I have to say I'm impressed! I was researching flights and stumbled upon this site where the cost of premium economy or better seats were available at a fraction of the cost and comparable to what I would be paying for economy. I was actually on the site on my own and didn't realize you can get your own personal travel agent.
