I'm quite content with the staff at Moment. I acquired the x100v in February of 2023, and although there was a considerable wait for its delivery, my intermittent inquiries about the status were consistently met with supportive, professional, and prompt responses. The customer service made the waiting period feel reassuring. Later on, the x100vi was released, and I regretted not waiting for that model. However, to my surprise, I received an email notifying me that Moment had upgraded my camera for free and even provided a complimentary class to help me master its use. Moment, I appreciate your generosity. Thank you for the unexpected upgrade and the learning opportunity. I value your service and intend to continue purchasing from you in the future. ♥️

Their lack of responsiveness in addressing

Their lack of responsiveness in addressing issues, providing credits for returns, and responding to emails is concerning. I invested in an iPhone lens and related items totaling almost $300, only to face challenges with defective Snap on UV filters. Despite returning $60 worth a month ago, I've received no communication. Even after a replacement was sent, it proved equally problematic. This overall indifference to customer concerns has led me to decide against future purchases from Moment. The ease of returns is marred by a lack of customer care and communication.

I got the 1.55 Anamorphic T-series Gold Flare lens from Moment direct. Shipping to the UK was cheap and fast. Tracking my delivery was simple using the SHOP app. There was a small defekt with the lens coating (which can happen with any production process from any manufacturer). I have been in contact with Moment Gear Guides via email. Explained the issue and sent a few photos. A replacement has been promptly dispatched once the defekt had been verified. The product itself is amazing, but the support and followup from Moment has been first class.

The customer service at this company, especially from Meg, has been really great. I ordered a camera almost a year ago and it's been hard waiting for it to ship (still waiting), but whenever I have a question about my order, I'm always reassured that it will be sorted out. The team members are understanding, helpful, caring, and empathetic. I tell everyone I know about Shop Moment, even those who don't use cameras. I'm thankful I found this company for buying photography stuff.

I may have stumbled a few times with my orders or got a bit lost in the maze of installing the macro 10x lens and drop-in mount, but every time, they came through like champs.
