It's disappointing that when you're

It's disappointing that when you're promoting business class tickets, only your name appears and it turns out to be a standard economy ticket. Additionally, there are inconsistencies in baggage weight compared to Lufthansa, and communication in German would be more convenient. Regards, Peter Luger.
