We booked a cruise last March with Gene Bryant.
We booked a cruise last March with Gene Bryant. Sadly, due to health issues, we couldn't go on the cruise. Gene worked really hard to help us get our money back. We did get our refund, and I know without his support, it would have been impossible. Thanks again, Gene!

This company continues to send mail and flyers
This company continues to send mail and flyers to me without my consent, despite my requests for removal. It's been over two years now, and neither phone calls nor a message to the owner has made any impact. I decided against using their services after the booking agent provided unclear information. It’s puzzling why they won't respect such a simple request, which does not leave a positive view of their customer care. Writing this feedback isn't enjoyable, but it’s been a long time coming.

Cruise travel outlet offered us a $75 credit
Cruise travel outlet offered us a $75 credit for our cruise. Never received it. We booked 5 cabins, but they weren’t even close to each other. They overcharged my 80-year-old mother, and it took 2 months to get a refund. I will not use their services again.
