In February and early March 2025 (5 weeks), my wife and I, along with another couple, had a truly memorable, enjoyable, and wonderful holiday in Scandinavia. Agne K. from Firebird Tours was in charge of organizing the trip. We gave her an idea of the places we wanted to visit, the excursions, hotels, transfers, and private tours. What she arranged was superb. The journey included flying to Copenhagen, then taking an ocean ferry to Oslo. After that, we traveled by train to Flam, then Bergen, followed by a 7-day cruise with Havila Cruises along Norway’s west coast up to Kirkenes. Then we went down through Lapland to Rovaniemi and flew to Helsinki. We also did a day trip to Tallinn in Estonia before returning to Helsinki. Firebird Tours did a wonderful job, and there was NOTHING that went wrong. They have an app that was constantly updated with details about the tour, hotels, activities, transport, and a 24/7 support service. Great company that I would recommend without any doubt. Will definitely travel with them again!

My trip was like a dream come true, all thanks to these folks at Firebird! Planning was a breeze – they gave me a base itinerary, and I got to tweak it to fit exactly what I wanted. I had this snazzy link just for my trip, keeping everything neat and organized. Website and app? Spot on for tracking changes. What's super cool is how easy it was for me and my buddies to pay up. Sharing deets? No sweat. And get this – most of the tours were private, so we got to roll at our own pace. The hotels? Oh boy, they nailed it – all top-notch. Mid-trip hiccups? Not a worry. Firebird's got a WhatsApp hotline, and they're quick to help out. Me and the gang? Absolutely thrilled with the whole shebang. Already scouting their site for my next adventure. You bet I'm sticking with Firebird – these guys know how to turn travel dreams into reality.

Our stay at Dei Borgognoni

Our stay at Dei Borgognoni was nothing short of fabulous! It was like the perfect spot – super close to everything we wanted to check out in Rome. And let's talk about those tour guides – absolute legends. Super knowledgeable, on time, friendly, and they treated us like royalty (we're not exactly spring chickens, you know). Now, Firebird? These folks are wizards. They had every single detail locked down, right from the get-go. They even had our driver magically appear at 2:00 AM to whisk us off to Rome airport. Talk about service! But the real kicker? On my hubby's birthday, we stroll back to our room, and what do we find? A bottle of champagne chilling, two fancy glasses, and a sweet birthday card from the hotel bigwigs. Like, seriously, wow!

My grandson and I just got back from a ten day

My grandson and I just got back from a ten day Italy adventure (Venice, Florence, Rome, Sorrento, and Amalfi Coast). Everything was first-rate: the hotels, the train rides, the guides, and the driver pickups. We lucked out as our groups were just the guide, my grandson, and me. The support before the trip was great, thanks to Alex and Jennifer. I strongly suggest Firebird Tours. I would definitely book with them again.

These hotels were good! Right smack close to all the cool sights, making the whole trip a breeze. And those tour guides? Absolute legends – knew their stuff, kept it professional, and threw in some fun vibes. But the real MVPs? Firebird coordinators. Those folks were straight-up fantastic.

This travel agency is really good! They organized everything really carefully, like the taxis, plane tickets, and tours. My trip to Finland was amazing because of them. They replied to my emails quickly, even though they're in Europe. I'll definitely use them again for my next trip!

After experiencing a Jungfraujoch

After experiencing a Jungfraujoch Tour with "Best of Switzerland Tours" alongside my son, I must say, our tour guides, Peter and Xiaolu, were really good. They knew a lot and were friendly. I think they're great choices as tour guides. And thanks to both of them for being patient.
