I booked a ticket through Momondo with them from JED to MED. The price was good. They also offered cheaper bags option than airlines. Support was awesum. Azam did a great job.

Scam! It took an unreasonably long time to receive confirmation, and only because I repeatedly demanded it due to concerning reviews. Just days prior to my Christmas holiday flight, they claimed the airline canceled it, promising a refund. However, upon checking my statement, I discovered they had charged me again! Avoid at all costs. Opt for direct bookings through the airline or reputable platforms instead.

Shortly after buying, a call on Whatsapp claimed a sudden 33% price increase. Upon attempting to cancel, they falsely insisted on charging my card. Accusing them of fraud prompted a dubious "supervisor" discussion, resolved only after brief persistence. The experience suggests a questionable operation, possibly an individual in India manipulating prices. Caution advised.
